… Our daily life is full of tasks and responsibilities; we are busy and at times feel a lot of pressure. We feel pressure not only from ourselves with the lists to do, but also from others, who wait for our response, help, service or attention. It is so easy to become too serious and find no time to celebrate our life…
Why is it important to celebrate, find joy and have fun?
… Today I’m going to share with you some insights about the importance of fun in our daily life and how much peace it can create for you my friend.
Fun is not about laughing out loud, joking all the time, but rather the sense of joy and the celebration of what we CURRENTLY have. Only through celebration we can really acknowledge and keep deep within us that what we treasure.
However when we have fun every day, it is hard not to joke, smile or laugh.
… So why people think that fun is not important? Most of us believe that if we will have too much fun, there will be bad consequences or we may be taken too selfish, light hearted or irresponsible….
Is this really so? …Well the Universe would never be able to have so much will and determination to manifest, without enjoying fruits and celebrating everything on its way. Everything is appreciated through celebration, and created for fun and enjoyment. We like to deny fun and think that we don’t deserve it, or more precisely our ego believes in a lot of suffering.
To have fun in our daily life is vital for our health, well-being, wealth and inner peace. It may be hard at times to celebrate what we have, especially when we are experiencing unfortunate living conditions, however only by recognizing and celebrating what we currently have, no matter how insignificant, we are able to turn around our current reality.
Fun is not that something happens to us. It is an intentional choice or attitude. You will not wake up one day watch the latest news in the morning, which is full of negativity and then wait that fun will come to you. This can only happen when you are full of joy most of the time and it is your constant state of mind.
If this is not the case, then today I’m going to share with you some tips on how to find the way to introduce fun into your routine.
3 TOP TIPS on how to have FUN…
#1 Delight people every day.
This is one of very uplifting tips, because based on the law of nature; it is truly impossible to delight somebody without delighting yourself. At times we can be so focused on our own problems, which actually create even more pain and suffering. As you may know my friend, we attract more of what we focus on.
So instead find the way at least once a day to delight somebody else with something unexpectedly and in a way that you don’t wait anything back, but give purely from your heart. It can be a little uplifting note, flowers, helping hand, listening ear, a donation or kind words. There are no limits.
Once you do it you are then really celebrating your life as a rich life and you affirm to God that you have plenty and as a confirmation God will respond with plenty. By lifting up somebody else you actually lift up yourself so much more. Please try to experience this amazing quality of your higher self, where service and sharing creates fun and joy not only for yourself but others too.
Affirmation: I am joy and happiness for others and myself too.
#2 Put FUN events on your “to do list”.
We all have schedules, plans, even if not written, we have our daily routines. So we think that we may have fun when all is done and finished with. Well it is good to think like that, however from my own experiences and may be from yours to my friend we will never get it all done. There will be something else popping up into our lives and so we just carry on.
It is good to remember that life is not made for a ‘to do list’. I am all for the lists and I know how great it is to have one, but it is a guide and help, it is not what life is about. So we have to find something that gives us joy. It may be loud or quite. It may be introvert or extravert.
The key is to put on our ‘to do list’ something that we are looking forward to and really enjoy doing. When we know that even though we still have so many other things to do, but within those things there is something that we are looking forward too, it helps us also be more productive, creative and full of fun whilst doing other not that pleasant tasks or duties. We will be full of anticipation and this is very important. Again there can be different things and I‘m sure you can think of something and list the most enjoyable activities for you.
Affirmation: I deserve joy in my life.
#3 Focus on FUN.
I know how hard it can be to focus on fun when life is painful and not going the way we want. However our focus is everything and I mean it. When we focus on things that don’t go well we attract more of it. So even when you feel very down and in despair, you have to get out of that place and find something that you could celebrate, even a little bit.
This is what happens, when we focus on something more and more our focus expands, and so we are then able to see more things that are worth celebrating. This is how important it is to actually ignore what we don’t like and refocus on things that we can enjoy. When we focus on fun, we are very likely to have it. Research shows that the more fun people have in their lives the happier and more successful they are and you my friend deserve to be happy.
We must remember that we live to have experiences and enjoy them. We don’t live to have fun when we have all done. That day may never come…
